Manufacturer Of Solar Street Light Driver with in built Solar Charge Controller In Delhi & NCR
We are manufacturing customizes base solar charge controller with led driver for Solar Street Light.
System load *:
Load on the solar system shall comprise of the following: •
One 7W LED based luminaire mounted on the pole working for 12 hrs/day. (Dusk-to-Dawn)
The following factors have been considered during design stage of the solar system:
Battery Autonomy – 3 days or 42 Hrs.
SPV Module *:
The module rating per LED based street light system shall be 40Wp.
Battery Bank *:
The capacity of the battery bank shall be 12V/40 Ah @ C10
Charge Controller:
1) Solar charge controller shall use PWM/ MPPT charging technology.
2) Battery will be allowed to discharge up to 80% DOD at the end of autonomy days. In such a situation charge controller shall automatically boost charge the battery.
3) On availability of sunshine (after autonomy days), the night load energy shall be delivered by the battery through the solar charge controller.
4) The controller shall have a “temperature compensation” feature.
5) Charge controller shall have automatic dusk-dawn circuit for switching on/off the street light without manual intervention.
6) The self consumption of the charge controller shall not be more than 10 mA at rated voltage and rated current.
7) It shall be capable of handling 120% of the module’s rated current for one hour duration.
8) The charge controller shall be compact in size, rugged, lightweight and easy to install in. ABS plastic enclosure
9) The system should have two indicators, green and red. • The green indicator should indicate the charging under progress and should glow only when the charging is taking place. It should stop glowing when the battery is fully charged. • Red indicator should indicate the battery “Load Cut Off” condition.
10) The total electronic efficiency should be at least 85%.
11) No Load current consumption should be less than 20 mA.
12) PV module itself should be used to sense the ambient light level for switching ON and OFF the lamp.
13) The PCB containing the electronics should be capable of solder free installation and replacement.
Protections:
1) Full protection against open circuit, accidental short-circuit & reverse polarity shall be provided.
2) Adequate protection is to be incorporated under “No Load” conditions e.g. when the lamp is removed and the system is switched ON.
3) The system should have protection against battery overcharge and deep discharge conditions.
4) Fuse should be provided to protect against short circuit conditions.
5) Protection for reverse flow of current through the PV module(s) should be provided.
6) Load reconnect should be provided at 80% of the battery capacity status.

18V-24V, 350mA
